How it works

Choose your room and book as normal for a stay of 35 weeks or more, with a contract starting in September or October 2026. Your 2 weeks' free rent is deducted from your final rent payment, with no code to enter and nothing extra to do. Depending on your room, that's a saving of up to £424. Ready? Claim your 2 weeks.

Terms

The offer applies to new bookings made on or after 23 August 2026. Qualifying bookings must be for a stay of 35 weeks or more in a 2 bed, 3 bed or 6 bed shared room, with a contract start date in September or October 2026. The offer does not apply to 2 bed deluxe rooms. The 2 weeks' free rent is calculated at the weekly rate of the room booked, up to a maximum of £424, and is deducted from the final rent payment of the contract. You'll need to complete your full contracted stay to qualify for the offer. The offer applies to new bookings only, can't be combined with any other offer and has no cash value. Beaumont House reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
