Choose your room and book as normal for a stay of 35 weeks or more, with a contract starting in September or October 2026. The 2 weeks' free rent is applied to your rent payments during your stay, with no code to enter and nothing extra to do. *Depending on your room, that's a saving of up to £575.

The offer applies to new bookings made on or after 23 August 2026. Qualifying bookings must be for a stay of 35 weeks or more in a 2 bed, 3 bed or 6 bed shared room, with a contract start date in September or October 2026. The 2 weeks' free rent is calculated at the weekly rate of the room booked, with the maximum saving of £575 applying to deluxe 2 bed rooms. You'll need to complete your full contracted stay to qualify for the offer. The offer applies to new bookings only, can't be combined with any other offer and has no cash value.
